PA sounded like some sort of bad horror film, the chocolate factory closed in all. Yay for Merlin, Cesar and U-Turn!
Daylight savings time has come and that means spring is on it's way... you would never know it looking out my window. There is 5.5 feet of snow on either side of my driveway, and it didn't get there on it's own. Andrew and I feel like 80 year olf women, our joint hurt, we walk all slumped over because our backs refuse to work anymore.... that's it! We're getting a snow blower for next year!! I'm going to have to hold off on a bunny shed for another year... but at this point... no back pain is looking like the better choice!
I have 2 does due this weekend. Tinker toy and Lady in waiting and I've already got a couple people lined up for babies so I'm really hoping they have some live ones!!
I'm still very excited to be getting some bunnies from Sunnybrook Rabbitry. The list is pretty much settled. I'll be getting Hero (GC Blue buck), Tikki (Sable Marten Sr Doe), Black Prince (Black Sr Buck... I took him to nationals in '07 for Laura), and a little Blue doe.... yes yes, I know what do I need another blue doe for??... I can't help it!!! They should be coming by the end of April so I have a few to show in the spring shows.
My next ARBA show will be May10th at the Canadaigua, NY show... There's a Jersey Wooly Specialty!!
Anywho, not much else happening. All Promiscuous/Cesar babies are spoken for. I'm keeping two for now. Jentle's Inconspicuous (Black Buck) and Jentle's Cleopatra (Chestnut Doe) the black doe is either going to a new home this weekend or will be donated to the Baxter Raffle. and the other Chestnut Doe will be going to live at Little School house rabbitry in a couple weeks (although I would gladly keep her!!)
